| Process Breakdown
(01) Creative Design Meeting
We start our collaboration with a consultation to build out the details of your project. Discuss your vision for the project, the documents breakdown, and the budget agreement.
(02) Design Development
Initial RAW footage is transferred and the desired styles are driven into detailed edits, helpful motion graphics, bringing your ideas to fruition.
(03) Development Reiterations
Not all projects will require a development re-iterations. If yours does, we’ll coordinate the process for you at this stage.
(04) Continuity Forward
At this stage, we will turn focus to longevity.
We can gather to hash out the details regarding website assets, music, sound effects. Fundamentals like the contents balance, contrast, colour grading, etc.
If you enjoyed our collaboration and want to plan further projects into the future, this is the time to make agreements and proceed to the integration to your craft.
(05) Approval + Documents
Every project requires a closing. A closing call describing our targets, achievements, final payments, and our goodbyes.

Textures, Overlays, Transitions.
Editing digital content has never been more accessible, but with the massive reach has come an understandable oversight in a certain quality.
The sauce isn’t a choice. Properly texturising layers, considering quality overlays, packing non-distracting, substantive transitions to the video; it’s the shirt I consistently prepare. It’s tempting and is perpetually easier to throw it in the dryer, but it’s worth taking an iron to it, slowly smoothening the creases.
It’s always easy to ignore the little things.
| FAQ’s
-
I accept most major formats, including MP4, MOV, and ProRes. For seamless file transfers, we can use secure, high-speed platforms like Frame.io, Google Drive, or WeTransfer. I highly recommend organising your footage into categorised folders before uploading to expedite the project
-
Every project rate includes two dedicated rounds of revisions. After I deliver the initial rough cut, you can provide compiled, timestamped feedback. I will implement those changes for the second cut, followed by a final pass for minor polish and colour adjustments.
-
Absolutely. Whether you need fast-paced, retention-focused editing for YouTube Shorts and TikTok, or a clean, corporate style for a website landing page, I tailor the pacing and graphics to your target audience. If you have branding guidelines, asset packs, or reference videos, I will match them precisely.
-
Timeline depends heavily on the length of the raw footage and the complexity of the motion graphics. On average, a 5-to-10 minute highly edited YouTube video takes 3 to 5 business days from the moment all assets are received. I will always provide a firm delivery date before we kick off.

To ensure a smooth edit, I will need your raw footage, a brief overview of the project's goal, any specific script or outline you have, and reference links to styles you like. If you have specific brand assets like logos, fonts, or intro music, sending those over early keeps the project moving swiftly.
